"Discreet packaging, just like they promised"
I ordered from lovehoney and felt a bit on edge waiting for it, mostly because I’ve been fooled before by companies claiming “discreet” packaging and then the box shows up looking way too obvious. This one was actually plain though, with no logos or anything that would give it away, which was a huge relief.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the box was a little bigger than it needed to be, so for a second I worried something had gone wrong or it would draw attention. But it arrived safely, stayed private, and did what they said it would. I’d order again.

I ordered a couple of items i was a little nervous at first because I hate feeling like I’m being fooled by vague product descriptions. The one made of silicone had the materials listed clearly, didn’t have any weird smell, and was easy to clean, which made me feel a lot better. I just wish every product page had that same amount of detail, because a few were still kind of unclear. Overall though, I felt safe buying from them

I was impressed with the selection on Lovehoney. There’s loads to browse, but it’s still easy to find what you’re after without feeling overwhelmed. I spotted a few things I hadn’t seen on other sites too, which was a nice bonus. The price range is solid as well, so it’s easy to find something that suits your budget.

I bought this from Lovehoney a few months ago and, I mean, I wasn’t totally sure how well it would last, but it’s been really solid so far. The material still feels nice, and I haven’t noticed any cracking, fading, or anything weird happening to it.
I’ve used it a fair bit and it still works just like it did at the start, which I’m happy about. Delivery was straightforward too. I’d probably buy it again, yeah.

I ordered a couple of things in the sale and, to be honest, I was half expecting there to be some kind of catch because the prices seemed so good. But everything arrived quickly, nothing was damaged, and the quality was actually better than I thought it would be for what I paid. I’m always a bit wary of being fooled by deals online, but this turned out to be really good value. I’d definitely buy from them again

"Honestly surprised by how fast it arrived"

I don’t usually order unless there’s a promo code or some kind of sale, because the regular prices aren’t always that tempting. When I did find a discount, it worked fine at checkout and the delivery was alright. It did take me a bit of digging to find the best offer, which was kind of annoying, but I guess it was worth it in the end. Not perfect, but I’m still happy with what I got.

"Customer Service That Put Me in a Better Mood"
I had a little issue with my order and wasn’t in the best mood about it when I emailed Lovehoney. I didn’t expect much, but they replied the same day and got everything sorted really quickly, with no hassle at all.
The person I spoke to was lovely and made the whole thing feel totally normal, not awkward or stressful. The replacement was sent out fast too, which was such a relief. It ended up being way easier than I expected, and I’d happily order from them again...

I’ve ordered twice now and both times the delivery was really discreet. The box was totally plain and there was nothing on the label that hinted at what was inside. Even the emails and receipt looked normal, which I appreciated. Privacy was my biggest concern, and it felt handled really well.

"Sizing was pretty much right"
I ordered a couple of things from Lovehoney and, the size guide was actually useful. I just went with my normal size and everything fit pretty much how I expected, without being awkwardly tight or anything.
One piece was maybe a little snug, but not enough that I felt like returning it. Delivery was straightforward too, and there wasn’t any unnecessary hassle with the order.

I’d give it 4 stars overall because the sizing seems accurate. I just wish a few items had more detail about how much stretch they have.

I purchased two items that, due to Love Honey's negligence, were misdelivered to my neighbor's house. When Love Honey admitted their error, they asked me to ask my neighbor if he had the package. The last thing I need is for my neighbor to know that I order adult toys or what my bedroom interests are. 7 days of fighting with their customer service and no resolution.
