"I placed an order for approximately $65…deceptive postage chg."
I placed an order for approximately $65 and was charged $20 for shipping when site says orders over $59 shipping free. Order # 23855739. Seems deceptive and excessive charge. Does not show a high level of honesty.

I purchased two items that, due to Love Honey's negligence, were misdelivered to my neighbor's house. When Love Honey admitted their error, they asked me to ask my neighbor if he had the package. The last thing I need is for my neighbor to know that I order adult toys or what my bedroom interests are. 7 days of fighting with their customer service and no resolution. If you don't want your neighbors to know your business, shop elsewhere. Love Honey's Ref. # 00626544
